So with out going into all the details, I have once again been through Comcast hell. I upgraded both my residential and business internet service and since the upgrade they no longer work. I decided it was time to pay the local Comcast office a visit and on my way there what do I see; four Comcast techs hanging out at Krispy Creme. Now I know why my service issues are not being addressed.
