Catching my breath
Ok, Thanksgiving is over and we are mostly moved into the new house. We still have a few boxes that need to be emptied but for the most part we are moved and are settling in for the winter. We finally have TV’s, and Tivo’s up and running so we can start watching TV again. We have internet service but I have yet to plug my computer back in and get that mess all hooked back up. So I hope to catch the blog back up and move on to normal life again. It seems that every single minute is spent moving something or unpacking something. I hope to start enjoying the house soon. Tonight we are putting up the tree and inside Christmas decorations. This weekend I will focus on the outside of the house. How is your life going?

Galaxy of Lights
Last night the family packed up in the Aardvark mobile and headed to the Galaxy of Lights walking tour. Scout was very impressed with the display of lights. She was also very impressed with the selection of rocks she encountered. She stopped every couple of feet to pick up several rocks and then handed each of them to me for safe keeping. Scout mostly walked and toward the end of the tour opted for a ride on my shoulders. It was a great evening filled with lights and hot chocolate and whip cream for Scout.
We are alive
Yes, we are still alive and kicking. We have been beyond busy with the move and just our everyday life. I finally updated my header since it is no longer Halloween and we have officially moved. I have so many things to update everyone on, I don’t know where to begin. I will draft several entries tomorrow and start posting again now that the move is over and Macbeth is also over.
