Great Customer Service

I often mention the bad customer service I get from time to time. So when I do get great customer service I like to mention that too. Today my tire pressure senors informed me that one of my tires were low. Since my office is just right across the street from the Acura dealership, I decided to stop in to have them adjust the pressure. Now let me mention, I have nitrogen in my tires and that why I didn’t do it myself. But anyway, I pulled in and within ten minutes, not only did they adjust all tires to 35 p.s.i., they ran the car through the car wash at no charge. Now that is great customer service. So if you are local to the Huntsville area and are looking for a new car, stop by and see the guys over at Jerry Damson, Honda and Acura. We’ve always been very pleased with the service they provide. We’ve owned several cars from the dealership and to day, are still very happy with the service.

Comcast Cable

Yesterday I spent around 4.5 hours on the phone with Comcast support trying to get my CableCards working with my new Tivo’s. Needless to say I felt the need to contact the corporate office and inform them that they need to train their support staff better. After asking one of the support staff for the number and was told that they didn’t have a “direct” line to the corporate office I did some digging.
