House Hunting
Tomorrow Ronda and I will begin our house hunting adventure. We have ten houses that we are going to see tomorrow. Below is a list of the house in case you’re curious. If you have any input please comment and let us know what you think.

Buying a house
With another child on it’s way Ronda and I have been thinking about our current housing situation. We have been a little gun shy since our last episode of trying to buy a house. If you don’t recall, we went to close on the house and the seller could not come up with the title and our loan officer was fired. All that happen around the same time that Ronda was seven, almost eight months pregnant. We decided if we were going to move before the next child comes along we better start looking now.
I went over the Country Wide yesterday and put in our application and sure enough they called back today and said we were approved and that if we can find a house before the end of the month that we could close on October 31st. I know that this is quick and doesn’t leave much time to house hunt. My thoughts are this will be our “starter” home and it doesn’t have to be perfect. All we need is a little more room than what we have now and maybe… if were lucky, a rec room or bonus room so I can get that fussball table I’ve been wanting or maybe a ping pong table so I can show off my mad skills.
